cheese cake / piece



這個乳酪蛋糕..
可以說是客人詢問度很高的一個..
完全不添加粉類..
扎扎實實的.每一模可都超過1公斤的重量喔..
烘烤的方式是台灣人比較習慣吃的隔水蒸烤乳酪蛋糕..
是比較濕潤口感的..
有客人連吃3片....
其實之前已經上傳過...
但是實在喜歡拍照....
最近加拍它的切件獨照...
所以又上傳依次囉!!
